The present invention relates to a clad material in which at least one first layer and at least one second layer are alternately stacked wherein the first layer is made of copper or a copper alloy and the second layer is made of metal or an alloy with a thermal expansion coefficient smaller than the first layer, a manufacturing method thereof, and a heat radiation board using the clad material. The number of stacked first and second layers is at least five in the clad material. A volume ratio of the second layer to the entire clad material is 12 to 25%. |
