The present invention relates to a swivel connector system. According to the present invention, a ball connector for a swivel and an automatic blocking unit having a wedge-shape or a flat plate-shape are embedded in an inner circumference of a body; and a nipple is fastened to an end of the ball connector for the swivel through a screw to be connected to an outer hose. A male screw formed on an outer circumference of the body is coupled to a female screw of a charging gun or a refueling gun such that a circular rod pushing stand integrally or separately formed on a center of the charging gun or the refueling gun releases an airtight blocking function of the automatic blocking unit. As such, a fluid such as a gas or gasoline is supplied and the charging gun or the refueling gun freely performs a turning movement and a rotational movement. Moreover, when the charging gun or the refueling gun is detached, the fluid introduced in the hose is automatically prevented from leaking to the outside. The ball connector for the swivel is supported by a pair of Teflon rings and one double lip seal along a spherical surface of a ball formed on the ball connector for the swivel, simultaneously performs a turning movement and a rotational movement to block a fluid leakage. Moreover, the automatic blocking unit having a wedge or a flat plate-shape is embedded in the inner circumference of the body and has a wedge or a flat plate-shaped step compressed by a spring to block the leakage when the fluid is normally supplied, or the charging gun or the refueling gun are attached or detached. As such, the swivel connector system prevents an explosion caused by the leakage of the fluid, blocks the generation of greenhouse gases, eliminates twisting of a connection hose, and connects the pipe at an arbitrary angle. |
