A method wherein a terminal switches a communication method in a system supporting a full-duplex communication method and a half-duplex communication method comprises: a step of measuring interference signal intensity from another terminal; a step of transmitting information with respect to the measured interference signal intensity from another terminal to a base station; a step of receiving information with respect to a communication method selected based on the information with respect to the interference signal intensity from the base station; and a step of switching with the selected communication method. The selected communication method may be the full-duplex communication method or the half-duplex communication method.
