The present invention provides a multi-layered ceramic capacitor comprising: a ceramic main body stacked with a plurality of dielectric layers along a thickness direction; a pair of first external electrodes arranged on both sides of the ceramic main body to face each other, and extended to a part of a mounting plane of the ceramic main body respectively; a pair of second external electrodes arranged on both sides of the ceramic main body to face each other on a position separated from the first external electrode, and extended to the part of the mounting plane of the ceramic main body respectively; a plurality of first internal electrode arranged in the ceramic main body to face each other across a dielectric layer, and has a pair of first lead parts connected to a pair of the first external electrodes and a plurality of second internal electrodes arranged in the ceramic main body to face each other across the dielectric layer, and has a pair of second lead parts connected to the pair of the second external electrodes by being exposed through both sides of the ceramic main body; and a first and a second port electrode which includes a support part supporting the mounting plane of the ceramic main body, and a pair of connection parts formed to be extended along a width direction of both sides of the ceramic main body on the support part, and connected to the pair of first external electrodes and the pair of second external electrodes respectively.
