A manufacturing method of Phellinus linteus soap containing castor oil comprises: a preparation step for grinding after drying Phellinus linteus; a step for mixing the ground Phellinus linteus and refined water; a step for extracting the mixed ingredients at a temperature of 100°C; a step for obtaining a Phellinus linteus extract by filtering the ingredient completed with extraction; a preparation step for grinding after drying the bark of Betula platyphylla var. japonica; a step for mixing refined water with the ground bark of Betula platyphylla var. japonica; a step for extracting the mixed ingredients at a temperature of 100°C; a step for obtaining a Betula platyphylla var. japonica bark extract by filtering the ingredients; a step for extracting oil from castor fruits; a step for heating the castor at the temperatures of 80-90°C; a step for reducing oil viscosity, pressurizing, and squeezing; a step for using hexane by sending the residues to a solvent extraction device after squeezing the castor; a step for obtaining an extract from the castor at temperature of 65°C; a step of mixing the Phellinus linteus extract, the Betula platyphylla var. japonica bark extract, and the castor oil extract; a step for fermenting the mixed ingredients at the temperatures of 25-40°C; a step for heating the fermented ingredients at the temperatures of 40-60°C; a step for stirring by mixing the ingredients with a weight ratio of 70-75%, and a caustic soda solution (NaOH) with 0.17-0.22 of a saponifying value, with a weight ratio of 25-30% at the temperatures of 40-50°C; a step for separating by putting in a soap molding frame and solidifying the ingredients; a step for aging the solidified product at the temperatures of 20-28°C; and step for commercializing by packaging. |
