METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR DETECTING CLIENT CAUSING NETWORK PROBLEM USING CLIENT ROUTE CONTROL SYSTEM

Disclosed are a method and a system for identifying the internet protocol (IP) of a distributed denial of service (DDoS) attack indicator by using a client route control server. The failure inducing client detecting method using the client route control server includes the steps of: forming an edge server IP allocation matrix; checking whether there is a failure occurring in an edge server; allocating an edge server IP according to the edge server IP allocation matrix when there is such failure occurring in the edge server; and detecting, as the information of the failure inducing client, the user information or the client IP without the edge server IP to be allocated according to the edge server IP allocation matrix. The edge server IP allocation matrix has different edge server IPs allocated for the respective client IPs and users according to user information. The allocation of the edge server IPs uses edge server IPs in at least two stages for the client IPs and user information respectively.
