The present invention relates to an infant vehicle seat installed in a vehicle seat. The infant vehicle seat comprises: a seat base having an attachment end, a first bent end, and a second bent end; a seat frame having a body; a longitudinal axis fixing member inserted into a vertical insertion groove of the seat frame outside the first bent end and the second bent end; a seat inserted into an upper portion of the seat frame and mounted to be rotated in a horizontal direction to the seat frame; and a transverse axis fixing member inserted into the transverse insertion groove of the seat frame. The transverse insertion groove is formed to be inserted from the outside of the center portion of the left side end and the right side end of the seat frame to the inside, and the longitudinal insertion groove is formed to be inserted from the outside of the center portion of the upper end and the lower end of the seat frame to the inside, and the transverse insertion groove and the longitudinal insertion groove have a cylindrical shape. Therefore, the present invention improves safety and riding comfort of an infant sitting on the seat.
