The present invention can prevent apoptosis of retinal neuronal cells due to multiple effects by effectively delivering a neuroprotection drug to the retinal neuronal cells and mollifying toxicity of amyloid beta as albumin, a component of a carrier, is combined with the amyloid beta. A therapeutic agent in accordance with the present invention consists of solid albumin nanoparticles, and thus can be effectively delivered to the retinal neuronal cells by intravitreal injection. In addition, the neutoprotection drug carrying the albumin nanoparticles, reaching an inner limiting membrane and a ganglion cell layer is continuously released, thereby decreasing the number of times injecting the drug.
