FIELD: electricity.SUBSTANCE: method of actuating of the pump device is based on optimum exciting voltage. The pump device includes the pump chamber (4) having the pump membrane (1), the inlet chamber (3) and the outlet chamber (5), the voltage-dependant actuator (6) attached to the named pump membrane (1). The named pump membrane achieves the stop position identified by the mechanical stopper (2). During the pump stroke the sensor allows to identify whether the pump membrane has reached the named mechanical stopper (2). The method includes the training phase and the working phase. The training phase includes the following steps. The pump membrane (1) is activated by supply of pre-set exciting voltage VAct to the actuator (6). The named voltage is high enough so that the named pump membrane (1) is able to reach the named position at the excess excitement step, or low enough so that the named pump membrane (1) is not able to reach the position of the named mechanical stopper (2) because of insufficient excitement. After the excess excitement step the applied exciting voltage is decreased until identification of the fact that the pump membrane (1) has left the named position of the mechanical stopper (2). The minimum value of voltage, applied before the pump membrane (1) left the named position of the mechanical stopper (2), is saved as the optimum voltage V?ct ?ptimal. On the insufficient excitement step the applied voltage is increased until identification of the fact that the pump membrane (1) has reached the named position of the mechanical stopper (2), and the minimum value of voltage applied when the pump membrane (1) has reached the named position of the mechanical stopper (2) is saved as the optimum voltage V?ct ?ptimal. Then the pump device is actuated at the working phase by means of certain optimum value of voltage V?ct ?ptimal.EFFECT: considerable decrease of electric power consumption.18 cl, 13 dwg |
