The present invention relates to a heat exchanger for cooling an electric element, and a heat exchanger assembly for cooling an electric element and, more specifically, to a heat exchanger for cooling an electric element, and a heat exchanger assembly for cooling an electric element into which an electric element can be easily inserted, and in which both side surfaces of a multi-layered electric element and a tube through which cooling water flows are in contact with each other, thereby improving cooling performance. The heat exchanger for cooling the electric element comprises: a tube (100) which is arranged in two rows, is formed by being extended in the lengthwise direction, is formed in multi-layered by being bent in the opposite direction at two or more positions, and has a heat exchange medium flowing inside; a first header tank (210) coupled to an end unit of one side in the lengthwise direction of the tube (100); a second header tank (220) coupled to an end unit of the other side in the lengthwise direction of the tube (100); and an inlet pipe (310) and an outlet pipe (320) having the first header tank (210) and the second header tank (210) formed thereon, in which the heat exchange medium flows in and flows out, respectively. |
