An electronic device is provided. An electronic device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a semiconductor memory, wherein the semiconductor memory includes: multiple first wires which extend in a first direction; multiple second wires which extend in a second direction intersecting with the first direction; and multiple memory cells which are disposed at intersections of the first wires and the second wires between the first wires and the second wires, and wherein each of the memory cells includes: a variable resistance element which has one end connected to the second wires and the other end connected to first and second selection elements; the first selection element which has one end connected to the variable resistance element and the other end connected to the first wires, and allows current to flow in two directions; and the second selection element which has one end connected to the variable resistance element and the other end connected to the first wires, and allows current to flow in one direction. |
