Disclosed are a mental training device and a method thereof. The device and the method of the present invention provide a dual working memory training (DWMT) function which is to solve problems in a predetermined level which listening to an interactive metronome (IM), thereby improving information processability in accordance with the two simultaneous operations and also enhancing concentration and working memory capacity depending on the increase of the simultaneous information processability. |
