The present invention relates to a powder-type cosmetic composition for blocking ultraviolet rays, which contains a combination of an inorganic UV blocking agent and specific components while not substantially containing an organic UV blocking agent to have excellent effect for blocking ultraviolet rays and feeling of use. More specifically, the powder-type cosmetic composition for blocking ultraviolet rays of the present invention comprises: titanium dioxide grown to have an average diameter of 300 to 900 nm and coated with lauroyl lysine by using silica as a binder; zinc oxide coated with stearic acid to have an average diameter of 200 to 800 nm; starch; silica; caprylic/capric triglyceride; and glyceryl caprylate. The composition according to the present invention has no stimulus on skin and white turbidity, and has excellent formulation stability. Also, the composition has very excellent application onto skin and bleaming effect. In addition, the composition according to the present invention has 50 and greater sun protection factor (SPF), and +++ level of protection factor of UV-A (PA), thereby having a specifically excellent ultraviolet rays blockage effect. |
