The present invention relates to a method for producing black bean milk containing Phellinus Linteus powder beneficial for hypertension. The method is provided to be somewhat useful in hypertension by making all people who have hypertension drink the milk of the present invention. The method for producing black bean milk containing Phellinus Linteus powder beneficial for hypertension comprises the following steps: washing 300-400 g of beans with clean water and soaking the beans in water for 40 minutes to 1 hour; boiling the soaked beans for 15-20 minutes; removing bubbles resulted from boiling; washing and cooling the boiled beans by water; finely slicing 5-8 % of a Phellinus Linteus lump; putting the Phellinus Linteus into a mixer, and finely grinding the Phellinus Linteus so as to obtain Phellinus Linteus powder; and putting the boiled beans, the Phellinus Linteus powder, and 200g of milk into the mixer, and grinding the same. According to the method of the present invention, Phellinus Linteus and black beans are typically known as food good for hypertension. In addition, the black bean milk has a variety of efficacy, such as anti-inflammatory or antioxidant effects, etc. and is helpful for aging prevention and hair loss. Furthermore, the black bean milk exhibits good effects in brain development and dementia prevention, and also provides a good effect in skin care due to phytoestrogens. |
