The invention discloses a service authentication method, a service authentication system and a server, the service authentication method including the steps that: the server firstly sends a generated first random number to a first terminal, and sends a generated first check code to a second terminal; and then when receiving a second random number identical with the first random number and a second check code identical with the first check code, the server identifies that whether a terminal sending the second random number is the legal second terminal; in the case that the first random number and the first check code issued by the server are illegally misappropriated, the server can recognize that the terminal for returning the second random number to the server is not the second terminal and does not approve the authentication of a service request as long as the second terminal is in a safe state and not illegally used, so that the service authentication reliability is improved. |
