The present invention relates to a system and a method for providing ordered information by identifying phone numbers, capable of increasing user convenience by displaying menu items in images through a display screen of a user′s mobile terminal when calling a call center branch or receiving a call from the branch, and allowing the user to move to a pertinent service when the user selects a menu item. The present invention may include: a call transceiving unit which is installed in the mobile terminal and receives calls from branches by being connected wired or wirelessly to the branches through a communication network or connects calls to the branches; a phone number identifying module which is installed in the mobile terminal with an application for connecting to the branches and identifies whether phone numbers of specific branches, which are previously inputted, match the phone numbers of the branches received by the transceiving unit or the phone numbers of the branches connected by the transceiving unit; and a display screen which displays multiple menu items in images when the phone numbers connected to the branches by the transceiving unit or the phone numbers received from the branches by the transceiving unit match the phone numbers of specific branches which were previously inputted, and then when content including multiple menu items is approved by the phone number identifying module, directly connecting the call to a pertinent division of the branch when a menu item is touched on the display screen. |
