The present invention provides a polyester-polyamine dispersant which is a salt obtained by an acid-base neutralization reaction of a polyester compound and a polyamine compound. In addition, an ink composition comprising the dispersant has excellent dispersibility for an organic solvent of solid particles, adhesion of ink, and storage performance for a long period of time, thereby providing high-concentration ink having a small change in color. Accordingly, the dispersant and the ink composition comprising the same, according to the present invention, can be variously used to manufacture conductive nano ink, a printer electronic material, a flexible printing material, coloring paint, printing ink, ink for a color filter, a resist for color filter, ink for inkjet, a copying toner, a carbon-polymer composite material, and the like. |
