The invention relates to a compressed-air engine to be used for obtaining a power (force, torque, energy, moment) by converting the pressure of the compressed air into energy, in a closed circuit in which it circulates, for long-term operation purposes, while producing mechanical work which is transmitted to the main shaft, used as mechanical power generator or for producing electric power, when coupled to an electric generator. According to the invention, the compressed-air engine comprises an engine block in which a crankshaft-cams-connecting rods-pistons subassembly (A) is mounted and on which a cylinder block subassembly (B) is mounted, as well as an intake-distribution-exhaustion subassembly (C) which is connected to a closed circuit for the circulation of the compressed air, consisting of some pressure pipes (313), a valve (315), a pressure gauge (316), a pressure cylinder (314), known per se, the flywheel mounted to the crankshaft-cams-connecting rods-pistons subassembly (A), a toothed belt wheel (214) and a toothed transmission belt (298) being used for coupling the engine block to an air compressor (299) and a power generator (312) or to a power consumer which are also known per se, this way an organic functional connection being achieved to solve a problem existing in the prior art for a long time, namely the energy production using an alternative energy source. |
