FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. A surgical device for guiding a wire spanner during the procedure of the shoulder joint arthroplasty contains a guide for guiding the wire spanner in the process of drilling into the scapula and a pair of levers. Each lever ends with a handle section on one end of the lever and a grip section on the other end of the lever. The grip section is made with a possibility of engagement with the neck of the scapula in such a way that the wire spanner, located in the guide, is placed in a preliminarily specified geometrical ratio with the neck of the scapula, and the preliminarily specified ratio is selected in such a way that the wire spanner can be used for the placement of the glenoid prosthesis in the required position with respect to the neck of the scapula. The set contains the said surgical device and the wire spanner for application in procedures of arthroplasty of shoulder joints, containing a section of a larger diameter and a measuring indicator. The measuring indicator provides the indication of the distance along the wire spanner axis from the section with the larger diameter.EFFECT: prevention of errors of metaglenoid positioning is provided.15 cl, 17 dwg |
