The vehicle has a chassis (3) on which two adjustable sub-frames (1) are mounted. The sub-frames have two wheels on which a reversed cantilever hydraulic brake and a cross-arm (5) are mounted. The cross-arm is assembled in front of the chassis. The arm has two additional handles (4). Direction changes are operated without any revolving part by torsion or warping of the materials that support the wheels. Front axles have a chassis-mounting rubber that includes a screw-nut locking system to regulate clearance in amplitude of the front axles according to weight of a pilot.
