FIELD: instrumentation.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to material science, namely to determination of critical concentration of one of phases in multiphase system. The method of determination of concentration position of percolation threshold in nanogranulated composite materials with the system of phases metal-dielectric includes the determination of concentration of metal phase and determination of electric resistance of composite materials before and after heat treatment. The heat treatment is performed in the form of 30-minute vacuum isothermal annealings at the temperatures 400°C, 450°C and 500°C. The concentration of metal phase at which the resistance of composite material after execution of the named heat treatments doesn't change is taken as the concentration position of the percolation threshold.EFFECT: reliable determination of the percolation threshold in the nanogranulated materials with the system of phases metal-dielectric is provided.1 dwg, 1 ex
