The device has an additional bar (5) positioned on a side of an opening plane with respect to an anchoring bar (2). A connection unit (7) connects the anchoring bar and the additional bar. The additional bar is equipped with a support unit (6) supported against an outer face (27) or an inner face of a framing (26). The connection unit traverses the framing through an opening (25) and possesses adjustable size in direction of a connection/separation of the bars for being clamped in vice of the framing between the bars in a connected state of the bars by the connection unit.
