METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING RAILROAD VEHICLE STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a railroad vehicle structure by which hanging bolt fixation for internal rigging is achieved by a simple structure.SOLUTION: A rigging structure forming step of fixing bolts 12 for rigging interior components 14 to a flat plate 13 includes: a bolt preparation step of preparing the bolts 12 including a head 21 of a substantially-rectangular shape, an engaged stage 22 formed at a bottom face side of the head 21 and a screw 23 protruded to the engaged stage 22; a flat plate preparation step of preparing the flat plate 13 having a long hole 32 with width allowing the head 21 to pass through the long hole 32; and a bolt engaging step of passing the head 21 of the bolt 12 through the long hole 32 from a rear side of a protrusion 31, rotating a direction of the head 21, pulling the bolt to a screw 23 side while hooking the head 21 to an edge 32a of the long hole 32, and deforming the protrusion 31 to an opposite side of the flat plate 13 to make the edge 32a of the long hole 32 engaged with the engaged stage 22 of the bolt 12.
