PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a zoom lens, especially a zoom lens for a large-sized camera, excellently suppressing a zoom movement of chromatic aberration of magnification and having high optical performance in an entire zoom range from a wide angle end to a telephoto end; and an imaging apparatus including the zoom lens.SOLUTION: A zoom lens comprises, in order form an object side to an image side: a first lens group having positive refractive power that does not move for zooming; a second lens group having negative refractive power that moves when zooming; at least one or more lens groups that move when zooming; and a rear lens group including an aperture diaphragm. The rear lens group has an after-zoom-move lens group moving when zooming. The zoom lens appropriately sets, refractive power of a wide angle end of the rear lens group, refractive power of the after-zoom-move lens group, and a lateral magnification during infinity focusing at a wide angle end of a lens group that is closer to the image side than the after-zoom-move lens group lens group. |
