PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal that can be efficiently shared among a plurality of disaster victims and is lent to the disaster victims in a situation in which mobile phones of the disaster victims cannot be used, and a message information relay device that relays message information between the communication terminal and a remote area other than a disaster area.SOLUTION: When a message information relay device 1 receives message information, the message information relay device identifies a personal ID corresponding to a transmission source of the received message information by referring to a terminal ID/individual ID/transmission source address registration unit 104, and a communication terminal with a terminal ID corresponding to the personal ID, stores the received message information in a message information storage unit 107 by associating it with the personal ID, and transmits guide information indicating reception of the message information to the identified communication terminal via a radio access point 2 or an extension 8. When the message information relay device receives a transfer request command for the message information and the personal ID, the device transfers the corresponding message information to a communication terminal having transmitted the transfer request command. |
