PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for preventing a heater that warms a heat medium from being exposed from a liquid level of the heat medium while regulating the heat medium in an appropriate amount in an on-vehicle battery warming device.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle battery warming device 3 includes a heat medium tank 33 that is secured to a side surface of an on-vehicle battery and accommodates a liquid heat medium 12 therein. The warming device 3 includes a heater 8 disposed at a middle part in a vehicle longitudinal direction on a bottom 33c of the heat medium tank 33. The warming device 3 includes a liquid level raising member 9 that is placed in the heat medium 12 on the bottom 33c of the heat medium tank 33 and is movable in the vehicle longitudinal direction according to a tilt of a vehicle.
