PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device capable of cleaning a lining tank nozzle part, an insertion pipe inserted into the lining tank nozzle part, and a lining pipeline etc., and to provide a cleaning method.SOLUTION: A cleaning device includes: a ring shaped cleaning device body 12; a cleaning fluid supply port 14 which is provided at the cleaning device body 12 and supplies a cleaning fluid to an inner part of the cleaning device body 12; and a cleaning fluid jet port 16 which is provided at the cleaning device body 12 and jets the cleaning fluid supplied from the cleaning fluid supply port 14 to the radial inner side of the cleaning device body 12. |
