PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of suitably displaying a pattern.SOLUTION: A main control device 81 of a Pachinko machine includes: a function of storing hold information based on entry of game balls into an operation hole; a function of holding a lottery of winning or the like, based on the hold information; and a function of reporting a lottery result when predetermined hold information among the hold information is subjected to a lottery. The Pachinko machine includes a pattern display device 41 including a display screen, and a display mode of a pattern in the pattern display device 41 is determined based on a command from the main control device 81.
