The invention relates to vertical-type wind turbine installations. A wind-energy installation contains a load-bearing structure in the form of a three-dimensional framework having mounted thereon two rotors, capable of counter-rotation, with vertical shafts that are attached to rigidity ribs of the framework, and also lateral wind-intakes and a central wind deflector which faces the rotors. The framework is connected to a support platform consisting of a rail in the form of a ring with a metal disk positioned in the center thereof, the central wind deflector being rotatably attached to said disk. The lateral wind-intakes are provided with wheels for sliding along the ring. A vertical rib of the central wind deflector is connected, by means of pull rods, to the attachment points of vertical rigidity ribs which interconnect a rear lower beam and a rear upper beam of the framework at the points where the rotor shafts are attached to the beams. The wind-energy installation is provided with a control unit which is electrically connected to a device for determining wind speed and direction, to electric motors having a reduction gear for rotating the wheels, to a reduction gear of an electric generator, and also to mechanisms for raising and lowering sail fabric from which canvases of the blades of the rotors, wind-intakes and wind deflector are made. |
