The present invention provides a blower using a fluid circulation device. The blower comprises: a cylinder arranged on both sides of a rotor having a ring-shaped space formed as a ring-shaped inner groove on an inner side; a cylindrical rotor having a rotation shaft in a center, rotating around the rotation shaft; a compression blade formed on both sides of the rotor, having a shape corresponding to a cross section of the ring-shaped space of the cylinder, and shielding the ring-shaped space by being inserted into the ring-shaped cylinder; a rotation disc unit inserted into the inner side of the cylinder, blocking the ring-shaped space to form a compression area between the compression blade in accordance to the rotation of the rotor, and opening the ring-shaped space in order for the compression blade to rotate; a rotation control unit controlling a rotation timing of the rotation disc unit and the rotor; a motor rotating the rotor by being connected to the rotation shaft; and an outlet discharging fluid in the ring-shaped space in a desired direction. |
