The present invention relates to an advertisement content providing system, and more specifically, to a system and a method for providing location-based advertisement content by using acoustic communication. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the system includes: a store terminal which is installed in a store, and includes a sound wave transmitter capable of loading the store identification information in a sound wave signal to transmit the sound signal loaded with the information; a customer terminal which includes a sound wave receiver capable of receiving the sound wave signal to restore the store identification information, transmits the store identification information and the unique terminal information to an advertisement content providing server, and displays the advertisement content received from the advertisement content providing server; and the advertisement content providing server which extracts the advertisement content allocated to the store identification information received from the customer terminal to transmit the extracted content to the customer terminal. |
