PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm the fact that a monitoring object process of a terminal operates in a normal state.SOLUTION: The terminal log management device receives, from each of terminals, a terminal log showing a heartbeat which is an operation state of a monitoring object program of the terminal for each predetermined period. Also, the terminal log management device receives an authentication log showing log-on/log-off to the terminal of a terminal operator. Then, the terminal log management device refers to the terminal log of the terminal and the authentication log and detects, after the terminal operator logs on to the terminal, a period in which a heartbeat of the monitoring object program is not occurring for each predetermined period as an abnormal period.
