The first detection signal is supplied by a first detection unit 10(1) on the basis of a change in the potential of a first node A1 to which a gate of a first amplification transistor M10 is electrically connected and a change in the potential of a second node A2 to which a gate of a second amplification transistor M20 is electrically connected.
