The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for forging heterogeneous material, the method allowing heterogeneous material to be progressively compression-molded by inserting the heterogeneous material fixed on a tray plate moving above a lower mold, and productivity of the product to be improved by a continuous insertion of material from just the supply of a material plate. An apparatus for forging heterogeneous material according to the present invention comprises: a tray plate supplying means for supplying the tray plate from one side to the other in one pitch increments above the lower mold; a perforation forming part, provided on one side of upper and lower molds, for consecutively forming perforated material fixing parts on the tray plate; a material plate supplying means, provided in front of a press, for supplying a material plate in one pitch increments above the perforated material fixing parts; a cutting and compressing part, provided on the upper and lower molds so as to be arranged on the other side of the perforation forming part, for repeatedly cutting the material plate being inserted above the perforated material fixing parts and pressure-fixing the cut material thereon; a compression molding part, provided on the upper and lower molds so as to be arranged on the other side of the cutting and compressing part, for compression-molding the material being moved; and an extraction part, provided on the upper and lower molds so as to be arranged on the other side of the compression-molding part, for separating and extracting the molded material. |
