The product provided by the present invention is a plant growth regulator prepared by at least more than four existing endogenous plant growth regulators, so the balance growth regulator can not only be used for greatly increasing the yield, but also used for additionally producing dry matters, has desirable crop disease resistance and adverse resistance, is green and safe, and does no harm to consumers.
