A quantum dot light-emitting display screen and a manufacturing method therefor, and a display device. The quantum dot light-emitting display screen comprises a substrate (1) and an ITO film (2) formed on the substrate (1) and used as an anode, wherein the surface of the ITO film (2) has been subjected to halogenation pretreatment. By means of the quantum dot light-emitting display screen, a simple light-emitting structure is obtained, the hole injection efficiency is remarkably improved, and the power consumption of the display screen is reduced.
