[Problem] To provide a helpless vehicle during a tsunami encounter with tsunami response shelter performance. The production thereof is simple and low-cost. The occupants can further evacuate through the hatch or the like mounted at the cabin ceiling, air sacs such as airbags are affixed or releasably mounted to the outer periphery of the cabin and are filled with gas during a tsunami encounter, resulting in increased buoyancy of the cabin and mitigated impact shock with flotsam, and air sacs pinched between obstacles can be released to free the cabin. |
