The present invention relates to: a biosensor equipped with an electrode which is to be exposed to a biological sample and a DNA polymerase of which molecules are arranged in different directions on the electrode, said biosensor capable of electrically detecting the interaction between proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and the DNA polymerase in the biological sample as the change in a potential in the electrode; and a biological sample analysis device and a biological sample analysis method, each of which is useful for the identification of a cell cycle phase and involves the use of the biosensor.
