Disclosed are an intelligent card management method and system. During an intelligent card making process, a unified management platform sends a card number and a card making key to an intelligent card making platform; and the intelligent card making platform makes an intelligent card according to the acquired card number and encrypts the intelligent card by using the card making key. That is to say, the card issuing procedure is completed by using the card making key during the intelligent card making process in the present invention. The card issuing procedure does not need to be performed at a designated operator after the intelligent card leaves the factory. Therefore, the intelligent card can be purchased anywhere as a common commodity, and can be directly recharged and used after being purchased by a user, so that the convenience of using the intelligent card is greatly improved, and satisfaction in user experience of payment is improved. |
