PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-volatile storage device that can reduce power consumption when writing into a selected storage element, reduce the size of a memory cell while increasing the operation speed, reduce wiring delay and stabilize the operation.SOLUTION: A non-volatile storage device has a pair of first wires 11 extending in a first direction, a pair of second wires 12 extending in a second direction, a pair of third wires 13 which extend in the second direction and are arranged alternately with the pair of second wires 12, a pair of fourth wires 14 extending in the second direction, and four resistance variation elements 17 provided in correspondence to the respective four stereo cross-points at which the first wires 11 and the third wires 13 intersect to one another. Each of the pair of second wires 12 is electrically connected to each of two first main terminals 19 arranged to be adjacent to each other in the first direction. In plan view, a first contact plug 24 is disposed at an intersection point of two diagonal lines of a virtual rectangle having the four resistance variation elements 17 at the apexes, and the second wire 12 and the fourth wire 14 are connected to each other through the first contact plug 24. |
