PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process system constituent equipment operation state information provision device which prolongs the lifetime of a power supply battery and reduces the quantity of work required for a maintenance check of the power supply battery.SOLUTION: In a trap operation state provision device 100, an electromotive force generated by a thermoelectric conversion element 100f3 is utilized for a communication. Thus, the period required for exchanging a primary battery 100f1 and a secondary battery 100f2 is prolonged and the number of times of maintenance checks is reduced. When a temperature of a steam trap T becomes lower, the electromotive force generated by the thermoelectric conversion element 100f3 is reduced. Therefore, in the trap operation state provision device 100, by limiting the kind of operation state information to be transmitted and prolonging a communication interval, power required for the communication is reduced. Thus, power consumption of the primary battery 100f1 and the secondary battery 100f2 is reduced, the period required for exchanging the primary battery 100f1 and the secondary battery 100f2 is prolonged and the number of times of maintenance checks is reduced. |
