PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade part processing device which forms a blade part of a wing material work-piece by shaper processing, and a blade part processing method for a work-piece.SOLUTION: A blade part processing device 10 for forming blade parts F1 to F6 of a wing material work-piece W by shaper processing includes: a work-piece support unit 3 which rotatably supports both ends of the wing material work-piece W at a predetermined angle; and a byte moving unit 20 which so movably supports a first byte 8a and a second byte 18a for shaper processing as to face each other. In the state that the first byte 8a and the second byte 18a are brought into to face each from both sides with respect to the blade parts F1 to F6, the first byte 8a and the second byte 18a are relatively moved along the blade parts F1 to F6, and the blade parts F1 to F6 are processed. |
