A method, device and system for cell reselection are disclosed in the present invention. The method comprises that: when being in a connection state, a terminal acquires, from a network side, multiple dedicated cell reselection parameter sets associated with a terminal ability, wherein the multiple dedicated cell reselection parameter sets include a dedicated cell reselection parameter set suitable for a cell in which the base station ability intersects with the terminal ability and a dedicated cell reselection parameter set suitable for a cell in which the base station ability does not intersect with the terminal ability; the terminal acquires ability information of the cell and selects, according to matching conditions between the own ability of the terminal and the ability of the cell, a corresponding dedicated cell reselection parameter set from the multiple dedicated cell reselection parameter sets to set up the reselection related parameter of the cell; and, the terminal reselects a cell according to the setup reselection related parameter of the cell. |
