The present invention relates to a super absorbent polymer. According to the present invention, provided is a super absorbent polymer which exhibits an more improved absorbent capacity and water holding capacity as a mono(meth)acrylated polyalkylene glycol is present on a cross-linked polymer which is internally cross-linked in a surface cross-linked layer of the super absorbent polymer.
