摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an electrode, by which an electrode small in the degree of swelling even in a battery environment and capable of keeping superior adhesion and toughness for a high-performance lithium secondary battery can be readily obtained by a heat treatment at a relatively low temperature for a relatively short time.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing an electrode comprises the steps of: forming an electrode mixture layer on a surface of a current collector by an electrode mixture composition including a binder including a polyamide acid obtained from a particular aromatic tetracarboxylic acid compound, and a diamine component including diamine having a carboxyl group; and subsequently, performing a heat treatment, thereby removing a solvent and performing an imidization reaction of the polyamide acid.
