PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fat-containing food product containing sugar alcohol, and excellent in an expression of sweetness.SOLUTION: A sweetness modifier is for a fat-containing food product containing sugar alcohol and having as the active ingredient, triacylglycerol having C6-12 medium chain fatty acid as the constituent fatty acid. The fat-containing food product contains sugar alcohol, fat, and the sweetness modifier of the fat-containing food product containing sugar alcohol. A method for modifying sweetness of the fat-containing food product containing sugar alcohol includes setting a content of triacylglycerol having C6-12 medium chain fatty acid as the constituent fatty acid, in fat in the fat-containing food product containing sugar alcohol to 0.5-100 mass%. |
