PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image sensor capable of improving light utilization efficiency.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an image sensor having improved light utilization efficiency by using a color separation element and a color filter. The image sensor includes: a first pixel row including a plurality of first pixels arranged therein, the first pixels being configured to sense first wavelength light; a second pixel row disposed adjacent to the first pixel row and including a plurality of second pixels configured to sense second wavelength light and a plurality of third pixels configured to sense third wavelength light, the second pixels and the plurality being alternately arranged; and a plurality of first color separation elements disposed in the plurality of second pixels and configured to change a spectrum distribution of incident light such that a ratio of the second wavelength light incident on the second pixels and a ratio of the third wavelength light incident on the third pixels increase. |
