PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single directivity capacitor microphone unit having acoustic terminals at front and back that easily adjusts acoustic resistance at a rear part acoustic terminal, reduces a performance variation, and improves a yield.SOLUTION: The capacitor microphone unit is provided at a rear part side of a fixed electrode, and includes a damper member 10 that forms acoustic resistance on a rear acoustic terminal side. The damper member 10 includes: a cylindrical member 11 whose front end side is in contact with the fixed electrode side; and an acoustic resistance material 12, housed in the cylindrical member 11, formed by a plastically deformable fiber being molded by compression. |
