发明名称 DIFFERENT MATERIALS JOINT STRUCTURE
摘要 A different materials joint structure includes: a thinned-plate shaped iron member and a thinned-plate shaped aluminum member integrally joined together. The iron member comprises two or more steel thinned plates stacked on each other and an electrodeposition coating is applied to the thinned plates so as to form electrodeposition coating films on surfaces of the thinned plates. The iron member and the aluminum member are then stacked on each other with stacked surfaces, and are joined together by friction stir welding tool inserted from an aluminum member side toward an iron member side in a direction perpendicular to the stacked surfaces.

主权项 1. A different materials joint structure comprising: a thinned-plate shaped iron member and a thinned-plate shaped aluminum member integrally joined together; wherein the iron member comprises two or more steel thinned plates stacked on each other; wherein an electrodeposition coating is applied to the thinned plates before joining the thinned plates with the aluminum member so as to form electrodeposition coating films on a joint surface of the thinned plates with the aluminum member, stacked surfaces of the thinned plates, and a back surface of the thinned plates opposite to the joint surface with the aluminum member, respectively, wherein the iron member and the aluminum member are stacked on each other with stacked surfaces, and wherein the iron member and the aluminum member are joined together by friction stir welding by rotatingly inserting a rotation tool for friction stir welding from an aluminum member side toward an iron member side in a direction perpendicular to the stacked surfaces between the iron member and the aluminum member and rotatingly inserting the rotation tool for friction stir welding to the iron member.
