A data transmission method, comprising: acquiring a subframe type of a subframe used for bearing a data transmission (101); and transmitting data over the subframe according to the subframe type; when the subframe type at least comprises a first predefined subframe type and a first conventional subframe type, configuring same such that elements of transmission structures respectively adopted by the first predefined subframe type and the first conventional subframe type have different values; when the subframe type at least comprises a second predefined subframe type and a second conventional subframe type, configuring same such that a second conventional subframe is an uplink subframe or a downlink subframe within a preset time; configuring same such that the second predefined subframe is switched between an uplink and a downlink within the preset time; and when the subframe type at least comprises a third predefined subframe type and a third conventional subframe type, configuring that the maximum transmission power of a third predefined subframe is less than that of a third conventional subframe (102).
